Your delivery situation mirrors mine, 4 days to the UK, 7 days in customs and 3 day to the door. Customs seem pants.

Basic build is complete and a 200metre test run, everything feels good. Its all there but without all the commuting gear yet to be fitted, so the basic bike comes in at 8.4kg.
That's with Shimano 105, Sora chainset, Avis BB7 rear, TRP Hy/Rd front, Kinesis CXDisc wheelset, Pro4 Endurance tyres and latex tubes. Charge spoon saddle with Flyxii supplied carbon seatpost. Ritchey comp stem and handlebars, M520 pedals

Thanks for sharing. It does look really good. There's some thought in the desig there instead of taking a steel frame and replacing the parts with Carbon.
