A loft conversion with en suite.
We also only have 1 bathroom also so need another one.
Saving up for the loft job so hopefully will have enough dosh to have it done next year.

If it was relocated to a waterfront position at Sydney harbour. Actually, that would be 1000% better, so I'll settle for new windows.

As for the rest of the house if anything is wrong it is my own fault as I designed and built it.

I like my flat very much, although a garage would be nice - for the bikes. And parking for NT when he's over. Talking of which....

I could do with the space for a double garage in addition to the existing drive way space but to make my house 100% better It could do with being moved to a different location.

How many % better will it be when I move in?

Eee, I've not heard the word chimley for years. I used to work with a guy who said it all the time, well whenever he had cause to say chimney he did anyway, you know what I mean

As for my house, what would make it better? If I could pick it up and put it in the middle of a field. No neighbours to contend with and no-one around us for Mrs S to fall out with!

This whole estate is being demolished next year and we will be rehoused in the new houses they are building. Demolition is the best thing that could happen to these 30 odd year old prefabs.

Smaller mortgage and move it closer to the schools , on the market to downsize so wife does not have to back to work when maternity leave ends as her hormone deficiency+ shrunken brain linked to the chemo /radiotherapy means shes tired and memory is not very good..
Am i allowed to say a free au pair ?
