My next project starts

Well this morning I have made a start on tidying up the garage

Found 20+ saddles and a box full of pedals that are now all paired up .

Found a set of Noli Cattaneo one's that I have never heard of before along with some campagnolo , MKS and a few sets of lloytard ones.

Enough is enough the aim is to put a workbench and a set of strong shelves

Hmmmm... looks a bit like my son’s room, if you substitute dirty clothes for the saddles and half-empty takeaway cartons and pizza boxes for the peddles.

Did some research last night on work benches and it's a minefield out there for sure .

Would prefer to make my own but in complete lock down so can't do that at the moment so got to rely on mail order .

Today's job was to start sorting saddle bags and under saddle pouches into a storage box .

Amongst the bags were the above two saddle bags and this complete Mafac tool set .

Oh and another load of pedals .

Cycling was meant to be my diversion from foot fetishism, but this thread has set me back years.

At one time I had 7 pairs of cycling shoes and 5 sets of pedals. And 1 pair of really tatty trainers that were my only off-bike shoes. Just as well as I was self-employed and all clients came to my office, where my casual attire was tolerated. Priorities 'may' have been a bit askew. Or not ;-)
