It's not unreasonable I've done a 125 mile London commute by bike. Next time I go for a course in London this is what I'll be doing, a lot of fun. It's not something I'd want to do every day due to time constraints but something I think would be good a few times a month or once a week.

My mistake. 7h 2m total riding time, av speed 14.28 according to her Garmin.
