Our snails leave their shells behind and sneak in; they may look sluggish but they can move fast.

They are all fired up after eating big holes in Mrs Gti's cabbages.

I pay a gang of hedgehogs to protect 3 wheelie bins. Don't have any snail or slug issues. Nobody messes with Scouse hedgehogs.

There was a slow meeting of baby snails outside my back door yesterday evening. A bit later I remembered I had to take the wheelie bin out, stepped out the door and there was a bit of a crunch. It was all over very quickly though.

Stepped out into the back garden to lob a bag in the bin and stepped on a slug, the problem was I had bare feet, them things are cold!

Those shells have left hand threads. Wheelie bins are only proof against right hand threads
