Black Sabbath - Paranoid. Maybe because in my youth it was overplayed at the rock nights I used to frequent, never less I think they produced far better songs.

BUT, not one of you, i repeat not one, has mentioned Justin Beiber
The thread title requires us to name a RATED song that we don't rate. I don't know of any Beiber songs that are rated, but that could just be my age (same era as a lot of CC members, judging by the songs that are being mentioned)!

You tube has him listed as one of the most watched.

Due to the utter cr*p that it is i wont link, but over 121 million views i think he is reasonably well rated by his fans.

I know it's raised a lot of money, but..............Feed The World really was shite, wasn't it?
The original 1985 (?) version wasn't great, and it has only got worse with the re-hashed versions over the years. That last version at Christmas 2014 was utter tripe.

I love that song

I, too, have no idea what it's about

Anyone who thinks that this song is overrated just totally fails at life. Billy MacKenzie was amazing and died way too young.

The professed dislike of rap in general from men of a certain age (usually the ones who think that mouldy old dough like Jethro Tull and Rush and Genesis are 'real music') also became unamusing a long time ago...

Yes Grandad. Here's something that might be more to your taste...

I'm always tempted to post something like Alphabet Aerobics as an argument against the 'rap is terrible' bobbins which usually crops up on music threads.

But that wouldn't be fair.

PROTIP: There is life beyond Eminem (though he is excellent) and 29 Pence. Wu Tang's 36 Chambers is a good starting point.

Buffalo Soldier anybody? Marley was just about bearable on Jammin but the rest of it was quite horrible. Oh well, the white dreadlocked Trustafarians of Notting Hill were probably too bombed to notice.

'Ferry... 'cross the Mersey...'

I can feel my abdominal muscles tensing up in anticipation of the projectile vomiting which is about to happen...

Utter, maudlin crap.
