I'm not offended, I just don't really follow what you mean. If you were to consume a foodstuff containing dietary fat, you would typically expect blood triglyceride levels to rise (transiently at least).
Indeed, but fat has to bind to lipoproteins in order to be transported through the blood. I get fed up with the idea of big sticky globules of fat coursing through you veins (as is being portrayed in current TV ads). It's inaccurate, and IMHO scaremongering.
