New toys installed in kitchen. Two espressos had so far. Slight heart palpitations from caffeine lol! It's the setup I've always wanted. I'm one happy, slightly wired bunny!!

That grinder looks like a rebadged Eureka Mignon, a step up the range from mine, if it is it'll weigh half a ton and last a lifetime.

Yeah, apparently made in the same factory for the Gaggia brand. Yes, weighs half a bloomin' ton!! It is a most excellent grinder. Very quiet compared to my last one.

I think I've had about 4 double espressos today. Hic :eek:

I'm pretty much immune to caffeine but I only have two double espressos a day.

The only time I can actually feel caffeine working is if I have an SIS double caffeine gel with 150mg in it, pop one half way through a 10k race and it kicks in at around 8k.

A few years ago I read about a young girl who worked in a cafe, she had eight doubles through her shift and ended up in hospital. 😯
