They are good lights. Mine are coming up for two years old and still working as they should even after being rain soaked and covered in mud.

In thousands of kilometres of night riding with bright lights "designed to dazzle" I have never been flashed by a motorists to "dip" lights, but I have done it hundreds of times back when someone leaves their full beam on.
I think this "designed to dazzle" thing is a storm in a thimble.
Bought these lights today, they are bloody brilliant for £10. Every year rechargeable LEDs get much cheaper and much better.

I've suggested to many a cyclist with their superbright LEDs in a full forward position to dip theirs. Whether they take notice or think i'm a ranty twunt i've no idea... but i find 'full' beam on bikes as problematic as they are on motor vehicles.
