Ah, I'd seen the publicity for the launch issue, but hadn't noticed that the Editor is Cameron McNeish, who is very much part of the team producing The Adventure Show for BBC Scotland. That might explain why the cover photo is of Dougie Vipond and two fellow Scottish Audaxers on the last year's Snow Roads, which featured in the Adventure Show last November.
The blurb says, "Since virtually all of the current cycling magazines in the UK concentrate on performance/racing/fitness the theme of Scottish Cycling is much more relaxed with an emphasis on cycle touring and recreational cycling on both road bikes and mountain bikes."
It also says that they have a sister magazine, "Scottish Walks", so I'm guessing that it may be Cameron McNeish's own venture. I'm not sure, but I don't think it has any formal connection with Cycling Scotland, Scottish Cycling or Scottish Cycling Holidays that snorri linked to.
