As many as different blends, aromas, strenghts and qualities.. Btw.. how many different blends (and names) for teas are there?

:ninja:

Yes but you don't don't go into a tea room and ask for a tea and expect the person serving you to look at you like you are a total moron (more so than usual I mean) because you haven't said exactly the right thing.

No, it's normal, unlike if you go to somewhere serving coffee and you have to ask for a ...... Oh, I don't know... A Decaf Machiato Americano late Frapachino with an extra shot of Mocha...... Or something.

JUST GIVE ME A COFFEE!!

In short, I know there is pretentiousness with tea, but what I object to is being treated like some sort of idiot just because you don't know what Mocha or similar is!

Actually, I once did have a 'you nothing about coffee you idiot' moment once when in Italy I innocently asked for a Late.

The guy serving me just looked at me for a moment and then gave me a Capucino instead!

He probably did not know what you meant if it was not a tourist area you were in.
All these newfangled coffees actually originate from the States.

The draft/conscription/military service. Had my eldest brother been a year older he would likely have been drafted for Vietnam. Certainly the local draft board had him on the list.
