Newbie to here and cycling

I have found some cheapo ones on the bay but they are always too far away and when you factor in petrol, let alone time they seem expensive. I do like the trail gator idea though. I haven't seen the thread about making your own, I will go and have a look.

Yeah, I know the feeling mate, must admit, if I can find a cheap kids bike, I will be making my own tag along.
