I do still love Rock and Roll Star. And there's a lot to like on that first album.

I've just put Married With Children on, still quite funny.

I hate the way that you are so sarcastic
And you're not very bright
You think that everything you've done's fantastic
Your music's sh1te it keeps me up all night, up all night

Did I imagine that this was a "hidden" track on the first release? Or something similar from the Britpop era?

Boneheads Bank Holiday was never on the original CD release of WTSMG, just on the vinyl. Maybe that?

You have to play it backwards at 78 rpm to hear the hidden track.

Breaking news: Beatles in influential band shocker

it was more than slightly influential though is the point people make of them, like Liam used to style himself as the new John Lennon, but we always used to call them Quoasis, just two chords instead of three...

whilst acknowledging they made alot of songs in the 90s I loved, but as thats nearly well on its way to along time ago now, Im not as fussed about them as the media like to make out we all should be and I wouldnt go to pay to see them anymore, theyll never recapture Knebworth 30 years ago imo.

Liam is just a good time boy , it's Noel that thinks he's Lennon.

Lefty tighty. Get it righty.
I don't have much of an opinion about them. There was a time when you'd hear them played everywhere - that Sally can wait / silicon way one in particular. I also remember the one that they nicked wholesale from Neil Innes' "How sweet to be an idiot". I think they lost a court case over that.

As such whenever I hear them they're kind of nostalgic for that period. I wouldn't actively choose to listen to them, but if I hear them I don't mind.

They also nicked the theme from the kids T.V show, You & Me for She's Electric
