I suspect you can add more ultra processed food into the mix and people not eating at normal times. Used to 3 meals a day for most people, now its seems like its 24/7 grazing.
24/7 grazing could be healthier. It is the quantity and quality including ultra processed.

Could well be healthier, but it's harder to judge the quantity that way isn't it? That's one of the reasons I dislike buffets, you just keep nibbling away and probably end up eating more than at a sit down meal.

Er, people eating more sheet and taking less exercise?
It gets to something where people no longer even need to walk as far as the car to obtain lard. A few taps of the smartphone and a steaming hot coronary is delivered straight to your door.
People need to get back to minimally processed single ingredient foods. You would need a degree in chemistry to know what's in some of the stuff on the shelves now.
