I've just googled it - approx 1000 calories per 200g tube so that's 2000 calories in a 30 minute session - and he didn't even offer me one!!

I eat fairly healthily at home but my downfall is at work - they provide free chocolate bars. It can be difficult to resist temptation.

Some of the manufacturers have filled their bars with so much crap oils now that they aren’t even allowed to call it chocolate.
Which is why I only buy Tony's chocolate form Oxfam.
Not cheap, but it's the proper stuff with no rubbish in it and tastes grand - ! ^_^

Donkeys years ago, I took a break from a high stress job. The weight just fell off. High stress job came back, and so did the weight (while riding 200km a week).

Gave up on that job too, and the weight fell off again.

Capitalist lifestyle me thinks.

I agree stress must play a big part. When I packed my job in early due to stress the first few months after I quit my weight fell without really trying. Sadly it has crept back on since then! Working on that now though.

Ironically, the Communist lifestyle seems to have the same problems.

The food supply and cortisol levels are to blame. People with good discipline can negate this. The average person with little knowledge about calories & insulin who can’t de-stress will fall victim.
