Well that's Sheila Chandra, she is awesome and has produced some amazing stuff. You should look up some of it. She's one of Britain's most innovative vocalists. I saw her live last time with the Imagined Village project with Billy Bragg, Martin Emmerson and Benjamin Zephaniah amongst others.
