What on Earth escalated things so much in three days? I haven't ridden my bike in about a fortnight. Next time I ride will it be through some sort of post-apocalyptic wasteland?

FFS, I took the motor to work today, giving myself a very rare day off the bike. Absolutely zarking dreading Monday morning now. Three days without my commute? Leeds city centre on a Monday morning? It's like bloody Turkish airspace!

And they expect more people to run!

I do both empathize with you and cycle!
I'm a pure road wuss, not even 3 courses of bikability have rubbed off any cycling skills.
