If it's dry and above 8 degrees the grass will still be growing, so once a week (depending on how particular you are
) will be fine. A lot depends on if you use a rotary mower or a cyclinder one.
But don't cut it after the first frost has come.

It's not that bad, 11.80 posts per day for 2 months and you've got yer post count. That's like what? depending on the quality of the posts, 1-2 hours a day.

Thanks Dayvo, I am extremely fussy about my grass
I do go out in the winter, even when the grass has more or less stopped growing, with the strimmer and tidy up the edges

Better to use edging shears, in that case. It gives a better/neater finish, doesn't harm your ears, and there's a greater job-satisfaction factor.
I cut the edges of 46 bunkers (at the golf course) with these edging shears! It takes time, but looks very good afterwards!
