Tommy Hilfigger an American designer that's popular widely. Got a pair of spectacles from him. It's considered the preppy look over stateside I believe that keeps coming back. You do have to be young and very cool to carry out off though!

He's a fashion designer so quite possibly designed his outfit to copy pale flesh and have more than a hint of a shirt cuff showing. They're a rule to themselves those creative!

Ok, confession time. I wore a royal blue summer suit (in the summer, obviously) without socks and tan leather (not suede) loafers, but at least my feet and ankles were tanned!
