I used to drive this to work pretty regularly, not a car I know but you guys should find it amusing.

The military police markings on the helmet and the blackout mask on the headlight used to get some looks in traffic.

1. Volvo V70 estate, in gold (850 shape)

(section between Queen Street & High Street)

2. VW Golf convertible in green
‘P’ suffix (mk3?)
Garden Street
As above, but this runs between Church Lane & Cheapside (alongside ASDA car-park)

You sure that's not a Vitesse, those wheels and the soft top. bonnet looks a bit squarer too at the front to take the twin headlights

I don't think so as it didn't say Vitesse on thr back. Not 100% sure though as I didn't go round the front. There were Herald soft tops as well as Vitesse. And it's pretty easy to turn a saloon into a soft top for either. I suspect my own Vitesse was a conversion from a saloon.

I seem to remember rostyle type wheels on mine
