Some I saw at a show today, including a long line of RWD Escorts in various stages of tune.

Some idiot parked this thing blocking my view of the lovely Victor!

I think the XJS is one of those rare examples of a car where the styling tweaks and facelifts it got over years actually made it better.

I think the very last version of the xj6 is arguably the nicest looking too

Not noticed it before as theme, but now you mention it I agree that it is indeed fairly rare for facelift versions to be an improvement over their predecessors.

I can recall being with my auld feller in his XJS V12 in the late 70s when he was stopped by the dibble...who asked if they could look at the engine. Pater was happy to oblige.

I recall seeing an E Type, maybe 1980s, I assume V12 because it was broken down with the bonnet up and all my mind saw was this seemingly never ending engine

A fair few classics seen out and about yesterday

Peugeot van operating as a coffee shop; similar era but a slightly different look from
the popular chicken shed Citroens

And an actual chicken shed Citroen, again a coffee shop. It seemed to be plugged in, but I guess that was to operate the coffee machines rather than it being a lecci vehicle per se

And it seems the Saint had had to respray his car. Lovely condition and very appealing
