I have just read the book of " One Man and his Bike . by Mike Carter .
He decided he had enough of mundane everyday life going to the Office and dealing with London Traffic .
And went on a 5,000 Cycle .
'A life-changing journey around the coast of Britian'.
It explains every day In the saddle ,the Unknown . Lots of Fun and Tomfoolery .
" Very Informative, Lighthearted ", and fun to read .......................................

If you liked that try Mark Beaumont's The man who cycled the world. Describes days in the saddle very well at the start but gets a little less descriptive toward the end.

Still a good read.
