I had one years ago, it wasn't much different to a normal burger although I suppose you can make any meat in a burger taste however you want just by the flavourings that you add to it.

I had ostrich and caramelised yam years ago when I was working in Haifa, that was lovely.

Never tried guga a delicacy on the Outer Hebrides which is now strictly controlled.
Pickled gannet and there is an annual guga hunt expedition by rowing boat from Port of Ness north of Lewis.
It was once part of the staple diet of places like St Kilda and other islands.
The advice I got was to take your guga home, dig a hole in a corner of the garden, put the guga in and cover and go away and leave it forever. :whistle:

Well, we finished the 2nd one**
Enjoyed them but won't rush to buy them again.
**most people could eat a full one but our appetites won't allow it.
