I have to post in praise of Oxford Products. I changed the rear reflector on my pannier rack to the Oxford Carrier Led. The way to the batteries is by taking off the front lens. Unfortunately, the lens fell off somewhere on a ride. I phoned up and asked if I could buy the lens separately. Well you can't, but they kindly hunted around and found me one which they are sending FOC.

Great service from a nice young lady and their stores.
