I used to use my ortliebs for everything, but slowly became a little frustrated by how cumbersome they were to carry and the fact that i needed to take my work bag inside it. About a month ago i got a Christmas card in the London Cyclist magazine from a brand called (removed) . The panniers were expensive (about 200 squid) but boy were they worth it. They've effectively replaced my briefcase, sports bag and weekend bag all in one. They fit onto most racks (as long as they're not ridiculously thick) and both panniers come with a waterproof storm cover. Has to be one of the best bike buys i've ever made!(removed) i think they're at (removed) too
