Sorry, i'm sure i've asked this before but can't remember.
How do you know what size MTB pedals to get?
Am i right in saying there are 2 sizes.1/2inch and 9/16inch?

It's actually my younger brother that is getting them, as he has a bit of money that he wants to use to buy some. His ones at the minute are plastic and have no grip on them at all. He wants grippier pedals especially for this winter. It is a Kids full suspension apollo bike from Halfords.

1/2" is usually found on BMX's and sometimes childrens bikes, so best to measure, although it probably is 9/16.

yes it's £15...as he is getting a quick release seat clamp aswell

do you know whether it would be 1/2 or 9/16?
My freinds say they've got pedals before, and they don't look at the size, but everytime they order some, they seem to fit fine

99% of pedals are 9/16 unless it's a kids bike/BMX. What size is your brother's Apollo/what is it ?

sorry i will have to check later...i'm not too sure...unless u go onto halfords, and find it...it's full sus...colours and green and grey/black i think

Anything with a one-piece steel crank (Ashtabula) usually has 1/2" pedal threads.

I have ordered some DMR V6 pedals. Just hoping they will fit okay...the size says 9/16
