The thing that makes me think it is probably titanium rather than aluminium is that the derailleur hanger is an integral part of the frame not a seperate component.

Rest of it looks quality. If you found out it's alloy and not a tit you could return it due to false description. Frames welds are untidy but still could be as described due to stamped/cast rear dropout without hanger. No makers decals which is odd.
Sending Second class post, that could be fun.

It does look like titanium, but the age of the bike would suggest otherwise. I would think the bike originated back when aluminium bikes first hit the market when they used smaller, but thicker, tubes than you'll get on a modern aluminium bike.

Thqrs allot for sure, and likely not a terribly exciting one that that. The only titanium is the light weight and tensile strength of the sellers bullpois.

Any idea what this circular looking washer thing is on the down Tube?
It doesn’t look like fixing points for down tube shifters, don’t know what it is?
