Diesel fumes.
Street furniture.
People attaching "remove your bike from street furniture because your bike is causing obstruction" (and the street furniture isn't?).
People who sit in priority seat on trains then don't get up if someone more needy requires it.
People who think they have right of way (example coming out of lifts, drivers thinking they can go when pelican crossing is flashing amber and people are still crossing).
Cyclists crafting me on the commute.
People walking in circles when talking on phone.
Two people walking together yet talking to others on their mobile phones.
Mobile phone companies not giving 4G signal everywhere I go.
Broadband internet which is never as fast as advertised, and then slows down further as more people hook up.
People telling me "sharing is caring", especially when they want something.
Liars, people who talk the talk but don't walk the walk.
People who think change doesn't happen.
Narrow minded conservative people who cant accept new stuff.
Good thing I have a meeting now or I wouldn't stop. Actually these things don't really irriatate me but u couldn't let this thread go without at least writing something.

The "pavement SMIDSY" ... i.e. people who walk straight out of shops onto the pavment without looking. The swines. Damn them, and their wobbly children.
Totally agree with this, but bear in mind people's need isn't necessarily visible.
Before she died my sister occasionally had a hard time on the tube and on buses. She appeared 'normal' with her wig, or at times her own hair depending on where treatment was up to (you don't necessarily lose your hair on all treatments these days) but would be in a lot of pain due to metastasized cancer in her vertebrae and be on strong painkillers, including morphine, which enabled her to function fairly normally. As she didn't fit the stereotype image of a 'cancer patient' people would sometimes treat her as if she was swinging the lead when she didn't give up a priority seat or asked to use it.
