;);) Awesome Pic!

I think 1 single family shot and a couple of wedding ones are fine...

A few of my friends have been to the photographers more than once and have a series of them all over the place with different levels of cheese. There are 'rumours' of some saucier photo's but none have ever materialised.

the odd wedding photos are OK and one or two of the kids school photos are just about excusable, but these naff family portraits are just plain wrong, possibly even creepy.

i've even seen them taking portrait photo's of dogs in pets at home !!!!

A couple I know spent hundreds (and I mean over 2, possibly over 3) of quids having some 'arty' ones done of the kids, which are up in their kitchen. Now, if you'd told me "Here's a couple of shots I took on my mobile and I messed about with them on Picasa/(or similar) and made them look totaly sh!te" I'd honestly be none the wiser. ;)

Wedding photo - fine.
Anything more - way too vain.

And for people with my aesthetic qualities - pure masochism. Having a mirror is bad enough!

One of my old colleagues had those misty shots of herself around the place and she was a nutter. Enough said.

Too true. One of my exes had naff photos, all dreamy and misty looking with enough blue eye shadow to go round Funny Girls. xx(

We've just got a group pic of our best holiday in Crete. Met some cracking people.

Now, if we are talking pet photos.......

That's the type of ones they had with their kids. Think the company to blame for this is call Venture. Always see them in shopping centres.

Normally a not bad looking girl comes up.

"hi there sir, would you like to spend upwards of 400 quid and we'll take some out of focus photos of your kids in a white room with one on a space hopper, one on a bike and one playing with a football. The good thing is only you will vaguely be able to identify them, no one else will have a clue who they are"!!
