Hauled latest eBay acquisition home today... Geraldine, an M3L with a snapped handlebar stem.
Plans include a dynohub, a rack and a Campagnolo bottom bracket, all bits I have sitting around... Then a decision whether or not to sell...

So you toted the new bike home on a Brompton? And have a pic to prove it. Very nice.

Two decent bungees to a standard T-pannier frame. I've got an aluminium luggage block, had to take it gently, but despite the trip being back to Swindon from Basingstoke, it was nearly all cycle routes and trains.

Love that.

Try doing that with a full size bike.

Next time you should stick one on the rear rack too.
I've only got a Q-Rack on the back, I doubt I'd be able to balance one upright on that and if I laid the other one down on the rack it would hit my feet....

Just out of interest.

You said this would be your third Brompton.

Did you try this out with the two you already have before going to collect it?
