Old Hercules catalogues also quote using "Tru-Wel 20-30" spec tubing. I would imagine that stuff and Raleigh 18-23 Hi-tensile is very similar steel, if not exactly the same but under a different name. Dawes used to call their Hi-tensile offering "supertube"
