Although I did once tell a lady who came to the door as I put her box back, that we couldn't take the pair of shoes in it. She looked a bit confused, which was explained a moment later when my colleague brought her box back, and I realised I had the box of the house next door....

Andy, I saw it and can say it wasn't Arch.

Arch it was a Look North piece about the York project that collects scrappers and does them up to hand onto low income families. Great project, but not you!

yes that was it, i saw bike project in york, saw wise woman talking about it, put 2 and 2 together came up with 5. doh!
