Plan my route - pennine cycleway / bridleways

I want to start off from Leek, ride out towards Ashbourne and get on the Pennine bridleway there.

Follow the pennine bridleway around Manchester, onto the Mary Townley trail and all the way to Hebden bridge. From there I want to get on the Pennine cycleway route and follow that all the way up to Kendal.

I need maps, lots of maps, and place (campsites) where I can stop.
I'm on a MTB with a heavy trailer so I wouldn't expect to be able to do more than 40ish miles off-road / 60 on the road in a day!

Can anyone help with any of this?

Yes, but the site doesn't seem to be working very well on this machine.
It's missing some vital information. like a map!

Before I go much further I need to work out which sustrans(?) / OS maps I need!

I "think" I want the explorer maps for the first part of the ride.

I would of thought there was a specific map showing all of this as it's a well known trail?

The same for the Pennine cycleway which is the second bit of the ride.

Haven't seen it for a while but I seem to remember Harvey listing a map of Pennine Bridleway. Possibly waterproof.

Thank you JP that map is now on order so I don't need all those expensive explorer maps after all.

Now all I need is a map for the Pennine cycleway, and I think a small AA road atlas will probably come in handy too.
