Plot twists that did and didn't (spoiler alert)

I saw (annoyingly) through the twist at the end of the Usual suspects and Vanilla Sky (although i got the Vanilla sky one slightly wrong, I thought he was in purgatory, but it want too far off.). I actually thought the usual suspects was really obvious and disregarded it for the entire movie while searching for a deeper meaning.

However, many films have delivered a great twist that I just didn't see coming.

6th Sense is the best I can recall right now.
