I have watched this (last week and tonight) expecting to hate it as I believe in a meritocracy rather than privilege by birth.

However, I've really enjoyed it and mostly because the editor of the Tatler comes across as a really normal, funny, genuine person. Could all be an act of course though she was ok when interviewed on Breakfast the other week.

I still have issues with the target audience (of the magazine)!!

Do you have issues with the target audience of magazines at the opposite end of the social spectrum?

As I mentioned that I didn't like privilege by birth, that (I hope) explains my difficulty with Tatler's target audience, or at least it's original audience.

I can't think of a magazine that is particularly targeted at the other end of the spectrum, which one(s) were you thinking of, because I'd like to see how they market them.?
