TVC once made a homemade Bardic lamp so he could communicate with his neighbour across the road using morse code instead of just phoning. As an extra part, TVC could convey what mood they were in at the time by changing the colour of the beam, so that green meant they were in a good mood, white neutral and red meant the mood was bad!

They had to stop after bringing down a light aircraft.

(oh no, I forget, not everyone knows what a bardic lamp is!).

TVC once became the manager of a stables in Plocropol, but soon had to leave as having to shout at the staff was constantly making him Hoarse.

MDB bought 'The Full Monty' when it came out on video as he mistakenly thought it was a travel program about the capital of Uruguay.

To this day Dayvo remains confused as to why the "Life of Brian" video he bought, doesn't show anything of the Nottingham Forest glory days, "old big head" doesn't even make an appearance, very strange.

I kid you not, but a few years ago now, my Aunt who lives in Canada came over to visit us, and on seeing a the video of it sitting on the shelf, she thought it was something to do with Monty Python!

When Mad Doug's uncle came over from Australia to visit him, he pointed to a copy of 'The Full Monty' and said, 'hey, that's that film about unemployed men who take all their clothes off, it's got absolutely nothing to do with Monty Python.'

Mad Doug put him right by telling him that it was a documentary all about fried breakfasts, with all the trimmings.
