Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.

I decided to join after reading all the nonsense and realising I couldn't be any worse! Haha

Lurking indeed.. Bad Bad Bad. And to admit it as well.

I would show you my tree, however I don't have one.

Here's one I made earlier...

Any more delights out there to thrill the readers of ChrismasChat? I would be expecting a plywood fabrication from threetreesmcginty in similar vein, plus an offering from Vernon, perhaps, who has more time on his hands than a watch factory these days...
How about a tree making fiesta to ensure entertainment for the masses? Here's the deal; make your tree using nothing more than one sheet of A4 paper. White is good, but any colour, texture, weight etc - as appropriate for your design. No one will think you're wasting time at work, making such a delight...trust me. Pen or pencil surface marks also allowed... Take a picture (a 'treeie') and pop it on here.:santa:

Here's my treeie, I couldnt find the office scissors, so I had to rip it into shape, I've added drawing pins as candle decorations and a 20p for the star.

Is that a euphemism?
No, you are getting confused with "Cosset the Consulate"

'Like an upside down cornet': Britain's 'worst' town centre Christmas tree is slammed by residents on Facebook
  • The 15ft-tall white 'tree' was erected in Stockton town centre
  • Locals have branded it a 'disgrace' and 'ruddy horrible'
  • One says it looks like a 'wigwam' while another calls it a 'dunce's hat'
  • They have opted to go to other towns to watch the lights being turned on
  • The council admits some people are unhappy about it
