I took this one last week in Norwich, The Belgium Monk. They also do a lovely Pie and chips.

Any particular pub? My housemate and I could walk through the door of The Victory, and by the time we reached the end of the bar there were two pints ready for us. Mind you, it helped that he was sleeping with the barmaid.
