No, I don't think so. It was linked to Alzheimer's a few years ago as it was found on brain sections, but it was later realised that the Al had been applied to the tissue while preparing it for study. I think aluminium is off the hook.

These things are made in Asia and people are always screwing up distribution to Europe so there's always some excess to job off. That's where Poundland come in
