If you are already a healthy weight and not underweight, then putting on that amount of weight in a 'healthy' way is probably through muscle mass via weight training. Never done it myself but a few friends got massively into this.

'Bulking' up does really require a lot of calories and a pretty strict exercise regime. 2500 calories seems low (although these things obviously depend on a fair few factors). A high protein and carb heavy diet is the favoured way; chicken, tinned tuna, white rice, oats, pasta. From what I have heard it can get pretty boring and monotonous. Think 5 or 6 meals a day in many cases. Trying to add up to 10kg when you struggle to eat lots of food does sound difficult.
