Different people have different arses though, so different saddles are made to fit different people. Your Knife is probably someone else's most comfortable saddleTrue, l've been stuck with the same arse for a number of years now but even if saddles are different shapes does it follow that they have to be different degrees of comfort/discomfort.
Probably the worst saddle Brooks make, certainly the cheapest (Oh and of the 6 different Brooks I own definitely the least comfortable)
Good point and of course all my bikes are "vintage" , different makes , different frame geometry, slightly different sizes and from different countries and they all had their "original" saddles when they arrived here, some of which work ok for me and others which don't. So l gluess l stand no chance of finding a "one size fits all saddle"
