Where there ever such a thing as a Turkish barber until a few years ago. I thought they were all Italian.

I have heard (i.e. with zero evidence) that nearly all of them are not Turkish
Armenian is apparently quite common

personally I don;t like them anyway

Why is it that almost every spring these days, max temperatures in Hampshire (maybe other UK counties too) suddenly shoot up from ~13C max to ~22C+, with very few days in the middle around 17C?

Because at this time of year, the difference in temperature between an average cloudy day and an average sunny day is about that much. Most days lately seem to be either sunny all day or cloudy all day, with relatively few mixed, when the temperature would be in between.

Is there a name for the feeling when you know there is a word for something, but you can't remember what it is?

How sharp is the sharpest point? We all think a pin is sharp but it isn't. A scapel is sharp but it isn't. Is the sharpest point found in nature or manufacturing and how do we measure it?!!
