If you know for sure it is plural, then yes. But if you don't know for sure, the default is to take the singular.

A little bit of 3-in-1 oil is good for regular door hinges, but the standard version isn't heat resistant enough for oven doors. They do make a heat resistant version https://3inone.com/product/3-in-one-all-temp-silicone/
