Yes mate , thought it was daft living so close to it and not trying to fly .

I was huffing and puffing up Holme Moss (one of the toughest climbs in the area) last week and I saw a large bird soaring near the top (about 1700ft up). "Wow" thought I...obviously not a buzzard, way too big. all it could be was a very stray Golden Eagle or something even more exotic

Looked good though, using the updrafts from the escarpments
