What is or isn't a 'real cyclist' , and who gets to decide where the line is drawn ?

Someone who owns a bike and has taken it out for a spin
Someone who rides a bike once a year
Someone who rides a bike once a month
Someone who rides a bike once a week
Someone who rides a bike once a day
Someone who can cycle 1 mile
Someone who can cycle 10 miles
Someone who can cycle 100 miles
Someone who just likes hopping on a bike and enjoys being on it
Someone who rides to make some sort of personal statement about cycling and planet saving
Someone who rides to make some sort of statement about cycling and car hating.
Someone who is is on the road on a cycle and is identified by this act ?

The definition seems to vary according to who one asks so where do YOU draw the line ?
