Recommend Bar Grips

I have a flat bar Ridgeback and am looking for new bar grips that will absorb the vibrations. I don't have problems with numb hands, but want something that is shock absorbing.

Any ideas?

i take it you are meaning for mtb handle bars ? no idea if they make gel pads of mtb handle bars..i use the race face sniper grips on the mtb bike and i find it very good. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=47577
