Recommend me a warm down routine

Preferably one thats on YouTube - my regular one by Peter Egoscue /Somina has been taken down.

Want one with a lot of focus on legs/ lower body ...about 15 minutes long ...

Any recommendations?

Is this after a cycle or some form of weight training?

I don't really hold with specific warm down, I just carry on cycling until heart rate is down to low 100 bpm, that's it- 2- 5mins tops. Unless you're top athlete wanting to flush muscles of lactic acid. Weight training, I put jumper back on walk out of room

Cycling warm down is what I'm looking for. Post ride stretch routine.
