replacing Formula cx 22 rear hub

No hope.
You have a hub and a freehub (onto which slides a cassette). the freehub bit makes the clicky noise.
Your freehub must be compatible with your hub and normal choices are a shimano or campag compatible freehub, no loud or quiet options.
You could get a a hope hub and hope freehub (which do have a loud click) but obviously the hub is connected to the rest of the wheel via spokes etc, so you'd need to re-lace them, which you'd need to pay someone to do, as if you could do that yourself you wouldnt have asked question1. ,
So might as well just buy a new wheel with hope hubs (or something else suitably loud), and then front and rear don't match so the you're looking at a new wheelset.
