On a serious note it was absolutely boiling today. I ran out of water coming over the Moors and the pub was shut so I was gasping by the time I found a shop.

erm, to my mind, sandals have a rear strap hence the flipflop/sandal hybrid.
none of this makes that combo acceptable though
