Nothing! Took too much food, didn't need to take the arm and leg warmers or the buff.So..........................What did you forget then (obviously not socks I see)
I believe they already sell it as 'bitter' for you northern types. These were absolutely shoot by the way, just in case anyone is tempted to buy one. Save your money and drink muddy water instead.
He wore them with socks. The finer details are irrelevant.
That's a problem?
erm, to my mind, sandals have a rear strap hence the flipflop/sandal hybrid.
none of this makes that combo acceptable though![]()
Now look, I'm getting rather cross now
Flip Flops can always be identified by the thongy thing between the big and second toe. If it doesn't have this it can't be a flip flop and therefore must be a sandal (I won't even lower myself to consider a "flandal" which sounds like an Austrian dessert you might see on GBBO)
Confusingly, sandals can either have or not have the thongy thing. But one thing's for sure, flip flops must have them. End of.
I wholeheartedly agree with the flip flop description but cant bring myself to call those things in that picture a sandal, are they not a sling back type affair - ill leave that to someone else to come up with a hybrid name on that.
and don't get me started with socks and flip flops...........
I knew I had a pair somewhere.....

Now these say "sandal" to me, without the sling back thingy. To my mind there's flip flops, shoes and sandals. If it isn't a flip flop or shoe, it must, by default, be a sandal
